Position: Mortgage Consultant / Loan Officer
Job Description/Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years loan origination experience
- Experience with FHA, VA and Conventional loan products
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solving skills
- Extraordinary time management skills
- Outgoing personality
- Team player
- In-depth understanding of the retail mortgage industry with a thorough knowledge of underwriting criteria of both private investors and private mortgage insurance companies
- Ability to call on realtors, builders, developers and past clients in order to develop a pipeline and generate business
